ISIL不為人知的起源　誰在背後扶植他們

ISIS（也被稱為ISIL）［譯註］伊斯蘭軍事集團前身是伊拉克的蓋達組織，近來以「伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State）名稱重新出發。他們的目的是要消除人類的宗教或信仰系統，要大家實施「沙里亞法」（Shari'ah law，該法又稱伊斯蘭教法）。他們使用的手段就是大量的處決，散佈影片讓全世界看到，這是他們炫耀驕傲的方式，這是邪惡的新面貌。
譯註：原文裡作者寫的ISIS，在本人的中文版譯文裡的一律以ISIL代替。不想「助紂為虐」褻瀆Isis伊西斯女神--古埃及女神，代表健康、婚姻與愛的女神。

但是你們知道是誰在背後幫助這些神經病提升力量？誰給他們武器？誰資助他們？

我們大家可從2011年格達費被推翻的那年開始了解：利比亞革命是歐巴馬第一個重要的國外入侵軍事行動，大家都把它歌頌為「阿拉伯之春」，北大西洋公約組織（NATO）人道主義方面的參與更被誣陷。

事實上，美國中央情報局CIA積極幫助利比亞反叛者推翻格達費已非秘密（此事件已被美聯社報導http://news.yahoo.com/cia-sends-teams-libya-us-considers-rebel-aid-20110331-065759-284.html），歐巴馬下令多次對格達費政府空襲，這事件也被洛杉磯時報報導過（網址：http://articles.latimes.com/2011/mar/29/world/la-fg-obama-libya-20110329）。總之，很少報導會說出這些利比亞反叛軍的身分或意識型態傾向。一點也不讓人驚訝的是，利比亞反叛軍領袖稍後承認包括與蓋達組織有連結的伊斯蘭聖戰戰士都是他的戰士，宣稱是他們幹的（這個新聞也被英國電訊報挖出來http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/8407047/Libyan-rebel-commander-admits-his-fighters-have-al-Qaeda-links.html）。

這些來自伊拉克的聖戰戰士都出自於伊拉克的蓋達組織。記住伊拉克蓋達組織後來以ISIL重新出發。

在美國與NATO的幫助下，利比亞反叛者捉住了格達費，並在大街上處決他，並激昂地高喊「真主至大」（Allah Akbar）。因為他們許多人已買下官方線上頻道，大肆宣揚這些反叛軍都是自由戰士，並準備在利比亞建立一個自由民主的制度。

在美國與NATO背後支持介入前，利比亞擁有非洲最高水準的生活，這個指標可從2010年的聯合國人類發展指標排行榜（U.N.HUMAN DEVELOPMENTINDEX RANKINGS）中得知。但是格達費倒台後的這些年，利比亞整過國家陷入混亂之中，極端主義與暴力猖獗，利比亞已被公認為失敗之國。

格達費倒台後，利比亞的軍械庫裡的武器由利比亞反叛者轉到敘利亞，這些武器包括反坦克和防空導彈又從敘利亞偷運到土耳其－－一個NATO聯盟國。倫敦時報曾對2012年9月14日的這次運輸的抵達做了一個報導（更進一步地被紐約時報證實）。

這只是美國在Benghazi的大使館被攻擊罹難的大使Chris Stevens三天後發生的事，Chris Stevens曾經是美國政府與利比亞反叛軍之間的一個從2011年4月開始的私通管道－－這件事也被ABC新聞文章證實。

當主要媒體都在報導美國國務院沒有提供領事館足夠的安全與放慢提供援助腳步的同時，攻擊已經悄悄開始。普立茲新聞獎得主記者Seymour Hersh於2014年4月發表一篇文章，他獨家報導了美國CIA、土耳其和敘利亞反叛者的秘密協議，建立了一條像納粹的逃亡鼠線（rat line）。

這條鼠線是一條從利比亞私運武器和彈藥軍火的管道，從南土耳其跨越敘利亞邊境。由土耳其、沙烏地阿拉伯和蓋達資助。

由於Stevens之死，任何直接美國與軍援有關的事就被埋葬了，華盛頓會繼續宣稱他們沒有運送重武器到敘利亞了。

於是利比亞的聖戰士開始滲透到敘利亞，展開的不只是低層次的軍事行動，他們中有很多是參與過多種戰鬥有經驗的指揮官。

美國與其聯軍現正專注於拉下敘利亞總統阿薩德，然而利比亞這個人權誣陷的政權早就改變了，現在轉而支持這個偷運軍火武器的渠道。快速成長聖戰士出現的這個嚴重問題曾被大家忽略，還有其所犯的罪行也被隱瞞。

總之，反叛者因此獲得了力量，他們過去曾表態要開始不斷為華盛頓創造一些公關問題。於是，開始了公開支持美國稱他們是「溫和」叛亂武裝的標準政策。但是這個「盛名」完全沒有事實上的根據。

解放敘利亞軍（Free Syria Army, FSA［譯註］）指揮官Jamal Maarouf承認他的戰士定期會去指導努斯拉陣線的運作，努斯拉陣線是蓋達組織在敘利亞的分支。FSA北線指揮官Abdel Basset Al-Tawil曾於2013年6月接受電視台訪問時談到，他希望見到敘利亞被伊斯蘭教法統治。
譯註：FSA是敘利亞第16區反叛軍。

所以根據這個訪問可知，FSA與努斯拉陣線（Al-Nusra）一起工作，努斯拉陣線則一直與ISIL工作；還有美國不斷送錢和武器給FSA，即使他們知道從2012年起，大多數這些武器都送進了極端主義份子的手裡！

美國退休的空軍中將Tom McInerney曾接受電視訪問時承認：「我們幫助建立ISIL。」這個最初的版本上傳後很快地被撤下，為了保存剪輯的影片不會消失，匿名者提供了另一個影片的連結：https://s3.amazonaws.com/scg_site_files/Gen-Mcinenery-We-Built-ISIS-Short-Version.mp4

在那事件的背后，2013年沙林瓦斯攻擊後來被證實是敘利亞反叛者所為，這是否更合理了？如果這還不夠，那麼聯合國調查員、俄羅斯調查員和普立茲新聞獎得主記者Seymour Hersh都把罪行歸咎於華盛頓的那些代理人，應該就都說得過去了！這些反叛者他們自己恐嚇西方國家，如果他們在一個月內沒有拿到更多的先進武器的話，他們就會洩漏哪些事真的是他們所做的。所以，這也可以解釋為什麼華盛頓會繼續把俄羅斯做為攻擊目標了！

這個威脅完成於2013年6月10日，或許被形容那有多麼讓人想不到的巧合，就在90天后，反叛者在阿勒頗首度獲得來自官方裝載的重型武器。

在第二次沙林瓦斯完全失敗後，他們又讓影片曝光，因此讓大眾對空襲完全不能支持，而獲得美國繼續增加對反叛軍的訓練與支持。

2014年2月，以色列的Haaretz報導美國及其區域聯盟沙烏地阿拉伯、約旦和以色列，正在進行幫助敘利亞反叛軍計畫，並準備在南部進行一次大規模的攻擊。根據Haaretz的報導，好幾個月前以色列也已經直接提供幫助反對阿薩德的軍事行動。

然後在2014年5月，PBS曾有一個報導，他們訪問了正在卡達接受美國訓練的反叛軍，根據這些反叛者的說法，他們正接受訓練以便將來能殲滅在攻擊行動中倖存的軍人。

「他們訓練我們伏擊政權或敵人的車輛和切斷道路，」只被驗明為「海珊」（Hussein）的戰士這麼說：「他們也訓練我們如何攻擊車輛，藉由突然襲擊，搶得資料或武器與軍需品，還有如何殲滅在襲擊中仍活著的軍人。」

這樣露骨的暴力是違反日內瓦公約的！也完全違反任何常規的軍事策略。在常規軍事策略中，最好不要管傷兵，因為這會耗盡敵人的資源。執行逮捕敵軍是種戰術，會使用於當你想要直擊敵人心臟以做為恐嚇之用，這也是伊斯蘭國ISIL標準的作業程序。

這個報導一個月後，2014年6月，ISIL開始了戲劇性的入場，從敘利亞邊境進入伊拉克，攻占Mosul、Baiji並幾乎抵達巴格達。大量開車射擊、大量的死亡行軍和許多墳墓的影片突然流傳於網路。當然凡是被擄獲的伊拉克軍人都被槍決。

大量美國軍事裝配在那次行動中被沒收，ISIL拿走一整貨車的悍馬車，他們也得到直升機、坦克車和大砲。他們拍照與攝影他們自己的所做所為以廣為宣傳，然而華盛頓卻為了某種原因，甚至連試都沒有試地去阻止他們。

美軍的政策很明顯的是需要摧毀落人敵人手中的軍事裝備和補給品，不過他們此時卻沒有這麼做。ISIL被允許暢通無阻地攜帶這裝備離開伊拉克並進入敘利亞。美軍有的是方法攻擊這些運送，但他們並沒有這麼做，甚至就在那個星期他們還在巴基斯坦發射無人機，此消息曾被紐約時報報導過。

他們為何要這麼做？

雖然歐巴馬扮演的是一個軟弱、優柔寡斷與開明的總統，但從右翼權威者角度來看那個形象實在很有趣，因為這只不過是假象。有的總統，比如喬治布希主要公然仰賴軍事入侵，而歐巴馬其實也在做同樣的事，只不過他喜歡隱蔽的方法。當你知道曾任美國國家安全顧問、總統外國情報顧問委員會委員與國家安全顧問專責小組的茲比格涅夫·布里辛斯基（Zbigniew Brzezinski）是他的良師益友就不會太過驚訝了！

那些知道他們故事的人會記得茲比格涅夫·布里辛斯基直接牽涉金援與軍援巴基斯坦和阿富汗，為了削弱蘇聯政府。

順道一提，歐撒瑪賓拉登是其中一個美國金援與軍援的反蘇聯政府的「自由戰士」。

這行動是沒有秘密的，當然也絕非故意的！

美國政府對阿富汗反叛軍Mujahideen的軍援和金援是對蘇聯政府1979年12月入侵的反應，總之，在前總統雷根與老布希下的美國CIA局長Robert Gates，以及小布希和歐巴馬的國防部秘書長，在他的回憶錄《來自影子》（From the Shadows）中透露，美國事實上在六個月前已開始秘密操作，試圖讓蘇聯政府陷入無法脫身的困境。

戰略是有效的。蘇聯入侵了，並且緊接著在伊拉克進行了十年的戰爭，這都被許多歷史學家公認是蘇聯導致失敗最主要的原因。

這範例的成立是沒有先例的，我們從伊拉克、阿富汗和現在敘利亞的入侵看到的其實只是延續一個老故事罷了！努斯拉陣線和ISIL都是很意識形態的，並且這些極端份子是美國政府在30年前曾用過元素。

然後美國藉由2003年伊拉克入侵給這些極端份子創造了一個茲生地，如果沒有藉由調動讓薩達姆·海珊權力真空並處死他，基地組織和aka ISIL就不會存在！如果美國沒有企圖以軍援、金援和訓練敘利亞的影子軍隊為藉口就無法推翻海珊，ISIL更沒有能力在2014年6月強攻進伊拉克。

不管怎樣你們大家還都視而不見，ISIL就是美國政府瘋狂的外國政策！

現在這一切看起來又都是這麼矛盾，大張旗鼓地要與ISIL作戰，空襲他們越來越多，範圍越來越大。為什麼美國要幫助一個恐怖分子組織成立，難道只是要在之後去攻擊他們？

CIA為什麼在1963年要給海珊權力？這個消息由紐約時報揭露。為什麼美國政府於1980年在海珊入侵伊朗的時候支持他？甚至他們知道他曾使用過化學武器。為什麼美國要金援和軍援阿富汗的伊斯蘭極端分子與蘇聯作對？

如果你們仔細看，這裡有個模式，這就是一個試驗性與真實的地理政治上的戰略。

第一步：建立一個獨裁者或極端分子集團，然後他們就可以被用來對反對者發動代理權戰爭。在這階段任何犯罪都要被這些被委託的代理者承認，而這些委託代理與被委託者之間的勾當也只有他們自己心知肚明。

第二步：當這些齷齪的特色持續產生效用時，就是把檯面下這些骯髒的勾當公諸於世並開始24/7大肆宣揚之時，先前這樣的方式運作得很好，那是因為大眾對這些壞人為何變得有力量完全沒有概念。

第三步：最後，當大眾看到媒體播出持續不斷的戰鼓，他們就會請求政府做事，解決之道就出來了。通常這解決之道就是與軍事介入、某種自由的失去，或兩者皆有有關。

ISIL現在已成為美國最有用的利益，他們藉由削弱海珊，已完成華盛頓所交待的骯髒事。2014年，當新聞圈幾乎都在關注烏克蘭與蘇俄，ISIL已經在敘利亞完成主要的進展，8月的時候，他們控制了該國的35%地方。

從ISIL大規模在敘利亞紮根開始，這給美國一個前進敘利亞的藉口。不久後，美國就空襲了海珊的後院，當美國官方宣稱ISIL和敘利亞政府將成為攻擊目標，這個消息曾被CNN報導過。那就是整件事的樣貌。華盛頓會允許ISIL先取得更多的領土，但是現在已出現不祥之兆，而且這件事已經運作一段時間了。

美國政府的玩偶已安置在不同國家了，近年來他們已讓一些國家無預警地完全腐敗與失去治理能力。沒有人知道這其實就是華盛頓在背後搞的鬼，這樣他們才有能力使在敘利亞的玩偶能夠繼續玩下去。

美國政府和其聯盟應該積極地為他們失敗的政權改變政策被判罪，並且躲在幕後做決定的每一個人都應該為他們的戰爭罪行被判有罪。將來這一定會透過國與國層級去做到，既然聯合國對此毫無作為，而讓NATO更得寸進尺。雖然這些罪犯目前還不會立刻被逮捕，但總是會有消息傳出來讓大家知道逮捕行動是辦得到的。馬來西亞已證實這點，他們判布希讓戰犯在審判席上缺席是有罪的（注意奇妙的巧合：馬來西亞航空公司有架班機消失，還有一架被射下來）。

現在你們或許會想：「這聽起來滿好的，但這和我有何關係？我無法影響這狀況。」對大多數人而言那樣的想法很平常，這真是讓人氣餒啊！不過事情的真相是我們能影響的，我們以前做過，而且我們可以再做一次。

這做起來並不容易，要成功我們必須開始戰略性地思考，不管喜歡與否，這就是一盤棋賽。如果我們真的要攪這個局的話，我們必須開始讓所有人都能具備影響的能力，可以告訴你們所在地的廣播電台、報紙或電視台或聯繫有有影響力的部落客、名流、企業名人或政府機關這個訊息。

聯繫現在正在服兵役的人和年輕人，他們或許會考慮加入與我們站在一起，也是很重要的。但即使只是你們的鄰居或你們的同事，每一個人我們可以親近的人，讓我們一起達到「事件」發生前的一個量吧！這最重要的步驟就要啟動。影片網址：http://www.youtube.com/embed/9RC1Mepk_Sw

親綠媒體果真不允許與其立場不同的聲音之我被資遣了！

或許我也是2012中華民國總統大選下的一個犧牲者，在一個親綠的媒體與企業裡工作的我，原本我可以為了生計而選擇與公司站在同一個立場，連報導一個宇昌案都禁止使用醜聞（scandal）這個字眼，而且在報導馬英九與蔡英九競選新聞裡，100%以民進黨的立場來看所有的事件。在這樣一個向國際發聲的台灣媒體，立場完全的偏頗，我終於在第二次總統辯論過後的那個週日，忍不住發了兩篇有關美國立場與雙英針對「92共識」辯論內容有關的新聞，那兩篇新聞裡完全沒有我個人的評論，只是單純的整理國內外新聞媒體對此事件的報導－－當然，就連這樣的訊息在這家親綠的企業與媒體是完全被忽略的！

我秉持著良知，以及身為一名新聞工作者重視平衡報導的準則撰寫了那兩則新聞。我非挺藍亦非反綠，但我重視的是一個大是大非，亦不忘為民喉舌的新聞工作者的責任，我也很想賭一睹國內這樣一個數一數二的大企業，面對這樣的聲音將會如何處理？刪文是一個選項，開除我也是一個選項。我等著看！

結果，三天內我所貼出的那兩則新聞連續列於該媒體的熱門新聞的前五名內，可見國內外網友是多麼關注這樣的事！而且這樣的事情亦非該媒體不報導就不存在，真相不會因為遮住眼睛就看不見，不會因為摀住耳朵就聽不見！

當然三天後，我被告知不適用而被炒魷魚！不過，我力爭我的就業權利與員工立場，我已超過三個月的試用期，何來不適用之說？這顯然是一個托詞，我要求資方給予可以接受的合理理由！結果，我得到的答案是，公司因成本考量裁減多餘人力－－我才知道原來我是多餘的人力！

Jimmy salutes the movies through his new picture book “The Rainbow of Time”

Jimmy ranks second on the China 2011 rich list of cartoonist, his royalty income of “Turn left, Turn right” is about 1.22 billion RMB. This “Turn left, Turn right” picture book published in 1999, was cinematized and also obtained the most influential book of the year.




Jimmy is a famous cartoonist, comes from Taiwan, many his works was adapted for the movie, stage drama, teleplay and animated cartoon. His works was translated into more than 10 different languages version.



Jimmy’s last book “The starry starry night” published in 2009 and it was adapted for the movie just released on Nov. 2011.



“Life has ups and downs, only the rich and changeful movie could encourage and save you to go over again.” Jimmy said.



He has been the movie fan since he was a little boy. He always wants to draw a book to salute the movie so that he finished the new book “The Rainbow of Time”. There are important scenes more than 30 classic movies in the book.



Jimmy said that he wants to draw a girl loves movie so much since she was a little girl. She passed many important moments in the movie theater. When she was getting old, she entered the theater alone, still felt the happiness in her heart.



Because of the copyright, the book almost can not publish. This is the most full-length book that he never made. The happiest thing for him is he got the personal letter from Truffaut’s wife, Truffaut is his idol.

The oldest active actor and tenor in the world Johannes Heesters died at 108 on Christmas Eve

The oldest active actor and tenor in the world Johannes Heesters died on Christmas Eve just only a few weeks after his 108th birthday. Although in his whole life, he was a controversial figure because of performing for Nazi and becoming Hilter’s idol, he has been very popular in the German-speaking world, German and Austria. After Second World War, he even became Austria citizen.




Johannes Heesters (5 December 1903 – 24 December 2011) had been a Dutch actor, singer and entertainer with a career since 1921. Active almost exclusively in the German-speaking world from the mid-1930s, he was a controversial figure for his actions alleged support for the Nazi Party during the Second World War. Even though these accusations against him were alleged by a German author Volker Kühn, the German court did not find Kühn’s allegations were true and regained his fair name. But his fellow citizens in the Netherlands thought Heesters irredeemable.



He was booed off the stage in his first performance as he played the role as a Nazi-hating Captain in the musical “The Sound of the Music” in his homeland, Amsterdam. Forty-four years later when he was 105, he performed in his home country again in February 2008, many protests out of the Opera against his unverified Nazi activities. Heesters felt sad after he knew that he was an unwelcome person in his homeland.



Heesters was born in Amersfoort, Netherlands, was fluent in German. In his youth, he decided to become an actor and a singer at the age of sixteen and began vocal training. Heesters made his debut on Viennese stage in 1934.

According to the German mass media report, Heesters talked about his wartime activities, “what did I do wrong? Sure, I acted in films in the Third Reich, entertainment films, which distracted countless people inside and outside Germany from daily life during war.” he continued, “Sure, I wanted to make my career and I remember well at the time how many people in the Netherlands were proud that I made a career in the huge neighbouring country. But apart from my career – and the fact that, through no fault of my own, Adolf Hitler was one of the fans of my art – what have I done?”



An oldest artist in the world died, nevertheless, we mourn over his death in a humanity way.

Morgan defended himself at phone hacking at the video inquiry

Piers Morgan, the former editor of Daily Mirror (1995-2004), defended himself on Dec. 21 and told the British inquiry into media ethics that he never permitted any phone hacking when he was at his post. Now he hosts of CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight”.



Business journalist James Hipwell told the inquiry that the voicemail interceptions were an everyday activity at Britain's Daily Mirror tabloid, when he worked in the late 1990s as a columnist. But he did not have any direct evidence to show Piers Morgan had involved in phone hacking.



Morgan told the British inquiry through the video, “In my memory, I don’t think there was phone hacking,” when the inquiry asked him that if he ever witnessed the phone hacking, “Absolutely, no!” Morgan surely answered.



Piers Morgan emphasized that there was no one accused of phone hacking, none of them in Daily Mirror.



According to the local mass media report, Morgan said he had to protect the sources, he refused to point out who provide him the message, when the inquiry requested him about it. He also stressed that he thought it was nothing to do with the ethics when listened to the voice mail.



“What do you want me to say? When they divorced, Paul McCartney said Mills recorded their conversation and gave it to the media. Paul said that was the truth,” Piers Morgan said.

Deeply personal journey of Paul McCartney shows in his new album

Yesterday Paul McCartney said that he will begin the new year with an album of cover tunes and two original songs. The album will release on 7 February, 2012.

Writers like Harold Arlen, Cole Porter, all of those guys - I just thought the songs were magical. And then, as I got to be a songwriter I thought it's beautiful, the way they made those songs.”

American famous hip-hop pioneer Russell Simmons named PETA’S 2011 person of the year

 

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) chose American famous hip-hop pioneer and co-founder of Def Jam Records Russell Simmons as 2011 person of the year. Russell Simmons has devoted himself to advocating for animals and setting a positive example for others by promoting a vegan lifestyle, PETA is pleased to name Russell Simmons our 2011 Person of the Year.



Russell Wendell Simmons was born on October 4, 1957. He is not only an American hip-hop pioneer and super star, but also the co-founder, with Rick Rubin, of the pioneering hip-hop label Def Jam Records, and creator of the clothing fashion lines Phat Farm, Argyleculture, and American Classics. Russell Simmons is the third richest figure in hip-hop, having a net-worth estimate of $340 million as of April 2011.



He uses every opportunity to encourage passionate through his entrepreneurial endeavors. He always describes himself as an animal activist.

Poet Cheng Chou-yu won 2011 Life Literature Creation Award

“Legacy of peace” wrote by poet Cheng Chou-yu, which won him the “2011 life literature creation award” of Chou Ta-kuan Foundation on Dec. 20. The awarding ceremony is held at Natioanl Tsing Hua University, founder of Chou Ta-kuan Foundation Chou Chin-huar, President of Tsing Huang Chen Lih J. and poet Cheng Chou-yu all attending the ceremony.



Poet Cheng Chou-yu writes the peace and love, shows the compassion and mercy in his poem. The poem “Legacy of peace” won him the award and praise.

Total take over 1 million for Michael Jackson’s belongings all sold out by auction

On Dec. 17 all the belongings of Michael Jackson auctioned by Julien’s Auctions. Over 500 items in the last residence of the great late singer were sold out, including fine art, antiques, furniture and other items, which included original artwork from Jackson and his three children.



On a Jackson’s mirror in his bedroom, “Train, perfection March April Full out May.” Expressed Jackson’s tirelessness in preparing for the “This Is It,” a concert series was set to begin in July 2009 in London. This mirror was auctioned for $18,750.



A rooster chalkboard with a note written on it from Michael Jackson’s children, reading the words on the board: “love Daddy/ I (heart) Daddy/ Smile it’s for free.”

It was sold for $5,000.



An oriental rug in Jackson’s bedroom was sold for $15,360, his small bedside table sold for $5,000. The most expensive item sold was an oil painting by Adelsteen Normann for $46,785, another watercolor painting by Maurice Utrillo for $35,200.

War Horse star Jeremy Irvine realizes the horses have human emotions

2011 war drama film “War Horse” directed by Steven Spielberg. It released in the U.S. on Dec. 25 and will release in the U.K. on January 13, 2012. It is based on the children’s novel “War Horse” set during World War I by British author Michael Morpurgo.



It is first published in the U.K in 1982, and the 2007 stage adaptation of the same name.



The First World War is the backdrop for this tale of bravery, loyalty, and the extraordinary bond between a young recruit and his horse.



Actors, working with astonishing life-sized puppets by the internationally renowned Handspring Puppet Company, take audiences on an unforgettable journey through history.



The film described a young boy Albert enlists to service in World War I after his beloved horse, Joey, is sold to the cavalry. Albert’s hopeful journey takes him out of England and across Europe as the war rages on.



Actor Jeremy Irvine played the role of Young Albert, he admitted that he was really a rookie in the cast. According People magazine report, Irvine said even the horses had more acting experiences than he did. They all have been in many movies.



It was the first time for him to learn how to ride on a horse. He said at that time he thought he was kind of skeptical because he didn’t think he’d genuinely get a relationship with these horses.

Documentary film “Addiction Incorporated” relentlessly reveals the truth of tobacco industry

“Addiction Incorporated” opened Wednesday in Manhattan, produced by Charles Evans Productions, Hanway Films and released by Variance Films. It relentlessly reveals the truth of tobacco industry during the running time of 1 hour 42 minutes.

3D movies will bring into vogue next year

Lee Ann’s new production “Life of Pi” is also in vogue

“Avatar” was not the first 3D movies, but absolutely it was the most successful and popular 3D movies in the history. Owing to this extraordinary result, many directors start to shoot 3D movies, and many 3D movies will be released next year. Some directors reshoot the old classic movies. Japanese government and Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant should take the responsibility for the most serious nuclear disaster since 25 year

A panel of government investigating the nuclear crisis released the interim report yesterday

A panel of Japanese government investigating the nuclear crisis released the interim report on the whole accident on Dec. 26, those committee members pointed out that Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear plant prepared insufficiently for the tsunami in advance and they handled improperly the crisis management after the disaster happened, the government communicated so bad that the relief action ran slowly. Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant and the Japanese government should take the responsibility for the most serious nuclear disaster since 25 years.






The committee members of this panel have investigated the officials of Japanese government and the employees of Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant since this June, total 456 persons. According to the Japanese mass media report, the panel said that the accident shows the need to prepare for unexpected events if the consequences of them happening could be disastrous, referring to the poor emergency responses of the plant’s operator and the government.






The panel also said that many problems related to the crisis were linked to the absence of measures to deal with severe nuclear accidents caused by tsunami as well as the failure to assume that a nuclear crisis could occur in combination with a natural disaster.






The first nuclear plant is northwest of Tokyo attacked by serious tsunami and caused the reactor core meltdown the fuel rod, the tsunami in some areas even over 15 meters height.






The panel pointed out that the government once presumed what would be happened if the tsunami over 15 meters height attacking the first nuclear plant, but they ignored the consequence and did not take any remedial measures. The government did not instruct the Tokyo Electric Power Co. how to figure out the way to deal with the disaster, because they thought such serious tsunami could not be happened.






The panel also thought after the nuclear disaster happened, due to lack of the professional knowledge, the operators of Tokyo Electric Power Company misunderstood the basic function of No. 1 reactor cooling system, and operated improperly No. 3 reactor cooling system.






Besides, the committee also said the government’s evacuation order issued to residents around the plant was not specific. In some cases, residents were found to have taken an evacuation route where radioactive substances had spread.






The previous Premier Kan Naoto gave his order to organize the panel of government investigating the nuclear crisis in this May, there are 12 members including the seismologists, former foreign affair officials and judges. The chairman of the committee Iwanami Shoten, Engineering professor of Tokyo University, is the beating failure expert. The investigative committee will release the complete and final report next summer.

Fukushima nuclear plant found 230 tons of radiation sewage -- Japanese nuclear safety experts wonder Noda Yoshihiko’s no more crisis opinion

There is about 230 tons of radiation sewage in the tunnel of centralized reject processing facility at Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant. Although Japanese Prime minister Noda Yoshihiko said that there’s no more crisis on Dec. 16, some of the nuclear safety experts stressed that Japanese government lied.



According to Japanese mass media report, the employees who were in charge of checking the nuclear plant found that there was radiation sewage in the tunnel on Dec. 18, about 50 centimeters height, fortunately it was still in the tunnel. It has not flow out of the tunnel.



The Japanese nuclear safety experts emphasize that the Japanese government should not think the testing method is fine for this moment, then it is really safe. “I wonder does Yuhei Sato understand the real situation?” the county magistrate of Fukushima said.



The International Atomic Energy Agency will send a team to Japan early next year to review the status of the country’s stress tests on idled nuclear reactors. The mission may visit several plants, Yukiya Amano, the director general of the United Nations nuclear watchdog, told reporters today in Tokyo. The schedule hasn’t been decided.

He suggested 12 simple steps, for example, save money or spend more time with family and friends…etc., that we can undertake to make our lives a little greener.

1. Recycle: To make it easier to recycle, put a separate container next to your trash can or printer, and keep an airtight container in your kitchen for food scraps to be composted.



2. Turn off the lights: Turn off lights during bright daylight or whenever you will be away for an extended period of time.



3. Make the switch: In addition to turning lights off, switching to greener bulbs can also help.



4. Turn on the tap: Plastic water bottles create huge environmental problems — they end up in landfills, litter roadsides and pollute waterways and oceans. Fill your glass from the tap instead of using the bottled water.

11. Compost: What better way to fertilize your garden than using your own composted organic food waste.



12. Reduce your meat consumption: Global meat production has experienced a 20 percent growth rate since 2000, yet livestock production accounts for about 18 percent of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions. Consider substituting one meal a day with a vegetarian option.

Durban climate change conference made a resolution to force three biggest polluters to take action to slow the pace of global changing: USA, China and India

The United Nations Climate Change Conference, Durban 2011, held in Durban, S.A. on Nov. 28 to Dec. 9, yet the conference has not gotten a common view. Attending representatives continue to discuss during this weekend, finally they made not only a resolution to bring the “Green Climate Fund” and the second commitment period of “Kyoto Protocol” into force at daybreak Dec. 11, but for the first time would force all the biggest polluters to take action to slow the pace of global changing.



The Durban conference had been due to wrap up on Friday, but dragged into a second extra day on Sunday because of disputes over how to phrase the legal commitment. The European Union pushed for strong wording and the three biggest emitters the United States, China and India resisted.



Representatives of China and India appealed that it should remember the fair principle to face the climate problem. Chief of the Indian representatives Smt. Jayanthi Natarajan, Minister of Ministry of Environment and Forests, is strongly opposed to this plan. She stressed that there is a “Kyoto Protocol” already, almost the developed countries does not only carry out the target of reducing pollution, but demand the big developing country like India to get the total quantity as the developed countries does.



“Where is the fair justice?” Smt. Jayanthi Natarajan queried strongly. China representatives agreed with it. Chief of China representatives Hsieh Chen-hua emphasized that China is a developing country, has to develop, reduce the poverty and protect the environment. We have done what we could. What did all the developing countries do? They have not gotten the target of reducing pollution yet for 20 years.



Nevertheless, a marathon UN climate conference on Sunday approved a roadmap towards an accord that for the first time will bring all major greenhouse-gas emitters under a single legal roof.



If approved as scheduled in 2015, the pact will be operational from 2020 and become the prime weapon in the fight against climate change. Observers say the talks for the 2015 pact will be arduous.



The risk of changing climate is happening after all. 2015 pact is too far to save the planet.
